For Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento, customers are at the heart of what they do.
From the company’s window installers all the way to the CEO, the local franchise of Andersen Corp. is focused on helping their clients achieve their vision for their home.
The company does this by hiring passionate window experts who exceed the expectations of homeowners in the Sacramento region. A commitment to quality and a focus on their clients is why CoreMark Insurance Services has chosen Renewal by Anderson of Sacramento as its client of the month.
We sat down with Karen Meier, Marketing Manager for Renewal by Anderson of Sacramento, to discuss the company’s operations and some of the issues it faces.
CoreMark Insurance: Please tell us about your background and how you got into this business?
Our previous business was Grendahl Construction. We built custom new residential homes and also remodels of existing homes. While serving our region through our construction company we used Andersen Windows and Doors in numerous projects and loved the craftsmanship and quality of the product.
When the Renewal by Andersen dealership became available in our region, we knew we needed to be a part of providing this craftsmanship to our region.
Fast-paced growth has been a challenge.
In terms of workplace safety, what is your biggest concern for your installers?
Our biggest concern is scaffolding and ladder work, especially in the winter months. The danger of working up high, compounded by slick surfaces requires a heightened level of attention to safety.
What are the biggest rewards in running your business?
The opportunity to provide the Renewal by Andersen high-quality product sand signature service to homeowners in our community.
Also, providing a high level of service from the first point of contact with us through product installation. We are proud of how we service our community through our business.
How did you become a client of CoreMark?
We met Mat Nabity before we started this company and were so pleased with
his services, that it was an easy decision to follow him to CoreMark.
