In this month’s edition of the Lights Out Shout-Out, we are spotlighting Customer Service Representative Paige!
Paige was working with a particular client that had some pretty lengthy equipment, vehicle and driver lists which made renewals and changes more challenging for the client and our team. Paige implemented a procedure to organize these lists in an efficient way making things significantly easier for both the client and the account management team. Doing so allowed the team to focus on new ways to improve the experience for this client and our entire client base.
